xrite.com has a test that asks users arrange color tiles from one hue to another. The lower the score the better; Zero being perfect. I managed to score an 11 in approximately 6 minutes.

I tried a few days ago, I didn’t do so well, I got a 23. I think I was staring at it too much. I started to see the inverse of the colored blocks everywhere I looked. It seems like a great tool for exercising your hue neurons.
