I really don’t know what happened. I took was using the facebook ap to upload a photo of the beer I was drinking and it just sorts crapped out on me. I watched it spin and than there was just a black screen and the apple logo. My burger came so I tabled my iPhone. After we ate I checked my new toy to see if it had fixed itself and it looked like it had - but it hadn’t. I could use all the default aps but could not open any of the ones I had loaded for the so store - bummer! When I got home I connected it to my laptop and iTunes has a “restore to factory settings” so I restored it to factory settings. This erased everything - calandar, contacts, music and aps. Luckily I had synched my contacts with my gmail account else I would have lost them

Bummer about the phone. Has anyone else reported something like this happening? I look forward to the email about the GPS. I’ll make a big post on Tuesday when I start my new job at SiteLab as the Art/Creative Director, I’m so freaking excited. Also I can see one of the many beaches in La Jolla from my desk… literally 3 blocks from it.
